Liptál: Wallachian traditions have met the culture of the Arabian Peninsula at the 57th International Folklore Festival, Liptál Festivities. Al‑Shahba Folk Arts Troupe from the Omani city of Nizwa has arrived in Liptál as one of the main international guests of this year’s festival.

Following previous meetings focused on security policy, advanced technologies, artificial intelligence and opportunities for research cooperation, attention this time turned primarily to strategic education, security analysis and new forms of warfare.

Prague: The visit of a delegation from the Sultanate of Oman to the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics at the Czech Technical University in Prague has produced the first concrete proposals for possible long-term cooperation. The meeting followed the launch of the delegation’s programme in the Czech Republic, which we reported on in our previous article.
