Prague: Foreign nationals may purchase an apartment, family house, commercial property or land in the Czech Republic and hold it directly in their own name. They are not required to establish a Czech company or have permanent residence in the country.

The Czech tax system consists of a combination of direct and indirect taxes that finance the operations of the state, regions, and municipalities. Tax collection and administration are carried out by the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance.
